The third consecutive Meet Magento India is already over. Witnessing over 600 attendees, and 25+ speakers — the conference served Magento enthusiasts from over 40 countries including the USA & Germany. The event was held at The Leela Mumbai, a resort-style business hotel during 1st and 2nd February 2020.
Being an integral part of the Magento ecosystem, we had to make the most of this Magento experience. And hence, we not only participated but also sponsored this mega-event. Unquestionably, we had the best time there networking with Magento leaders from various parts of the globe.
Here are the highlights of Meet Magento India 2020:
Day I:
The registration started as early as 8.00 am. At the venue, you could easily sense the excitement among the attendees. And why not? The two days that followed had a lot to offer. It all started with opening remarks by Brent and Vijay. They warmly greeted the crowd and geared up the enthusiasm.
Sathish from PayPal took over from there while maintaining the same energy in the room. He talked about customer experience and the importance of a seamless checkout experience. Everyone enjoyed learning ways they can optimize their store’s checkout experience.

Cheliyan Pancras from Adobe continued the event highlighting the benefits of Magento & Adobe integration. He explained how Magento and Adobe can go hand in hand to provide the best eCommerce platform to merchants.
The event was then headed by technical and business tracks from various speakers including Alfreds Genkins, Jisse Reitsma, Stefan Willkommer and many more. Apart from this, the panel discussion by Miguel Balparda, Arun Bansal, Shehzad Karkhanawala, & Pradip Shah was another significant highlight of the event.

As the day descended, attendees’ excitement was catching pace. It was time for the final keynotes which were going to be delivered by Navin Mistry, Saurabh Rajpal, and Ben Marks. Everyone had been looking forward to these sessions.

Mark’s keynote was followed by the prize distribution and final overview. Lastly, the first day concluded with incredible networking opportunities and heartwarming drinks.
For us, the first day was beyond amazing. We had a great time learning from and networking with industry leaders from various parts of the world. But our journey hadn’t ended yet. With double the excitement, we were looking forward to day 2 — the contribution day.
Final Words:
For us, being a part of this Magento experience was unquestionably a significant highlight of 2020. Our team got a chance to meet some really influential brains in the industry. Here, we would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers of the event for creating such an amazing experience for Magento enthusiasts.
